Iterativ is a Perth-based company, owned and operated by two founders. We have a combined 25 years of experience in UX/UI design and research, as well as extensive experience leading digital initiatives from concept to production in both the public and private sectors. We also really like dogs.

We’re passionate about empowering users. Our specialties include user experience and accessible design, but we're versatile and can help with many aspects of digital projects - just let us know what you need!

Kristy Sinclair

Design Director

Kristy has over 15 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer and Researcher in various industries including mining logistics and safety, healthcare, shipping and inventory management, warehouse automation and logistics, and student services. She has expertise in UX/CX discovery frameworks and design methodologies, as well as qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. She excels in user interface and component design thinking, ranging from mockups to high-fidelity designs and assets.

Scott Pelham

Digital Director

Scott is a seasoned UX/UI designer and researcher with 10+ years’ experience across diverse industries with a strong affinity for Webflow – a preferred platform for crafting captivating digital experiences. With certifications across a suite of Google products, as well as Webflow, ITIL and Prince2, Scott upholds industry best practices. Currently pursuing a PhD, he collaborates with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, leading the development of an innovative intranet to empower users and boost staff efficiency.
